DROP …moreOFF AND PICK UP AT CLASS:
* Pre-school, All P1-3 classes & Tumble class - please come straight into the waiting room where a coach will collect the class at the start time. Children will be brought back to the waiting room after class.
* Aerial, All P4-7 & All S1-6 classes & Adult classes - Please wait in the drop off area outside (right side of the building) for a coach to collect the class. After class, please collect from the pick up area (left side of the building).
PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS AGED 12 AND UNDER CANNOT LEAVE ASTRO WITHOUT AN ADULT. THIS INCLUDES CROSSING THE ROAD TO A PARKED CAR. ALL GYMNASTS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE PICK UP POINT.
Parents accompanying children in parent & toddler classes are not permitted to use equipment.
If you have booked a trial, you will receive a link after your class to sign up to a subscription and pay the joining fee.
All participants (excluding aerial) must sign up to Scottish Gymnastics by the 3rd week of classes at www.scottishgymnastics.org - join.

WHAT TO WEAR:
In all classes, participants should have long hair tied up securely, bare feet and fitted clothing to allow the coaches to support safely. Jewellery, including earrings, must be removed or taped up with micropore if recently pierced, prior to arriving at class. less

Aerial skills are a fun and addictive way to keep fit. Our beginner’s course is suitable for every level of fitness - you definitely don’t need to be able to do a pull up! We will help you build your skills and confidence safely by moving through a series of tricks and transitions on different aerial equipment.
Adult Aerial can be booked weekly or on a monthly subscription at a subsidised cost.
This class is for those aged 18+
Class costs £12 plus booking fee.
